Cancellation/No show Policy

Your appointments are very important to us at Studio M for Beauty. We hold your appointments just for you, we ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointments, please provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate guests on the waitlist. Of course, we understand that unavoidable issues may arise. We will do our best to work with you in case of emergency, etc.

To ensure fairness and respect for our stylists’ time, we require a nonrefundable deposit when booking your appointment. Please review our policy below:

Deposit Requirement:

A nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments that are not rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
No-shows (failure to attend your appointment without notice) will also be charged 50% of the total service cost.

Additional Notes:

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
